Please help. I'm so alone

Hey Needahug, Don't let them choose how you feel or who you are. Yes they are your family and will always be & they may influence you as a person but the choice of who you are is up to you. As for your feelings learn to control them so they don't control you. Don't ignore them but also don't let them have free reign of you. I would never consider you broken. What you are feeling and going through I think hundreds if not thousands of people experience when growing up especially with brothers & sisters. I used to get into the biggest knock down fights with my brother & sister. If there is one piece of advice I can give on this it is to learn how to negotiate with them. If you can go that it will really come in handy later in life with just about everyone, friends, co-workers, other family & boyfriends or your husband. Find some good qualities about yourself. Ask the friends you do know for some, that not too heavy a subject & list some of theirs to get the conversation flowing. Above all don't allow yourself to wallow in a pity-party, that with only take you down further, hence the guilt you feel after crying, that yourself deep down inside telling you that you that don't deserve to feel like this & that you are a great person. If you say that to yourself, you'll start to think that about yourself, and soon you'll start to believe that about yourself. Stay strong & know your good, cause I know you are. How do I know, well it's been a long time since I've seen you on here which tells me that you were being strong about yourself, not needing advice, now your back which is ok, cause maybe you needed a little refueling & and we're happy to do that here for you. Plus we missed you too. 8) So dust yourself off, stand-up straight, square your shoulders, and know that we're for you & most importantly you are here for yourself. I hope this helps & Good Luck.
