Why do orders typically require more than 24 hours to process?

Each letter is unique to your problem, therefore it's hand-written by our staff and put through a review process to make sure proper care has been taken.

Do you support other languages besides English?

BreakkUp.com only supports English and Spanish at this time.

Can I get a refund on my order?

We do not offer refunds under any conditions, including cancellations. We begin processing your order as soon as it's received and your assistant begins writing draft letters within a few hours.

Can I cancel my order?
